COMMITMENT & FLEXIBILITY

Refund & Cancellation Policy

To maintain our small class sizes and high educational standards, we operate a structured reservation system. This policy ensures fairness to both the school and our global students.

1. Booking Amount & Deposits

To secure your place in our Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) or Retreat programs, a booking amount is required upon registration. This deposit represents your commitment to the course and allows us to finalize logistics, accommodation, and teaching materials.

Non-Refundable Deposit: The initial booking amount—which is 20% of the total course fee or $250 USD (whichever is applicable) is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.

This policy is in place because the school incurs immediate administrative costs and limits availability for other potential students upon your registration.

2. Rescheduling Your Journey

We understand that life can be unpredictable. While we do not offer refunds on deposits, we provide a flexible rescheduling option to ensure you do not lose your investment in your yoga education.

  • One-Year Validity: You may reschedule your course dates to any future session within one (1) Financial Year from your original booking date.
  • Advance Notice: A written request for rescheduling must be submitted via email at least 30 days prior to the course start date.
  • Subject to Availability: Rescheduling is subject to seat availability in your requested future batch.

3. Remaining Course Fee

The remaining balance of the course fee is typically due upon arrival or as per the specific payment schedule provided in your admission letter. Once the full course fee is paid and the program has commenced, no refunds (partial or full) will be issued for any reason, including early departure or personal emergencies.

4. Program Changes by the School

In the highly unlikely event that Ashtanga Yoga School India cancels a program due to unforeseen circumstances or low enrollment, students will be offered a 100% refund of the amount paid (including the deposit) or the option to transfer the full amount to a future date.
